  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls in a circle on the baking sheet with wide ends overlapping in the center.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and thyme.
  4. Spoon the filling evenly around the dough ring where it overlaps.
  5. Fold pointed ends of each triangle over the filling and tuck under to secure.
  6. Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
