  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Place salmon on prepared baking sheet and brush with half of the glaze mixture.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes; then apply remaining glaze over each fillet.
  6. Return to oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
