  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: Whole pecans and chocolate chunks for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press into a parchment-lined 9×9-inch baking pan and chill.
