  • 500g ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into small logs and thread onto skewers.
  3. Brush with olive oil and grill on medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
  4. For tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt until smooth.
  5. Serve hot with tzatziki sauce on the side.
