  • 2 cups sliced fresh peaches

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix oil, sugar, eggs, yogurt, extracts, lemon juice, and zest until well combined.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Toss peach slices with sugar; layer half in the pan followed by half the batter. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake for about 50–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
