  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Mix in vanilla extract and milk.
  4. Fold in dry ingredients until combined.
  5. Spread batter into the prepared pan and bake for 10–12 minutes until springy.
  6. Roll warm cake in a clean towel dusted with cocoa; cool completely.
  7. For the filling, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla, mixing until fluffy.
  8. Unroll cooled cake, spread filling evenly, then roll back up without the towel.
  9. Chill for 30 minutes before preparing ganache by heating cream and pouring over chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
  10. Pour ganache over chilled cake roll, slice, and serve.
