1 cup cream of chicken soup (homemade or canned)
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free cheese)

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped spinach in olive oil until wilted (about 3-4 minutes).
