  • 2 sheets thawed puff pastry
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out each puff pastry sheet into a rectangle about ⅛-inch thick and brush lightly with melted butter.
  3. Cut each sheet into 4 long strips and roll each strip tightly into a coil. Place them in the muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl; brush warm cruffins with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
