  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a bundt pan.
  2. Allow the pizza dough to rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic.
  4. Cut the dough into small pieces and toss with half of the garlic butter mixture, salt, black pepper, mozzarella, and parsley until well mixed.
  5. Layer half of the dough mixture into the bundt pan, sprinkle with half of the parmesan cheese, add the remaining dough, and finish with the rest of the parmesan.
  6. Drizzle any leftover garlic butter on top, cover with a towel, and let rise for 20–30 minutes.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
