  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Seal tightly or cover the dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for best flavor).
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Let the marinated chicken sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before baking.
