  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and coat a donut pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking soda.
  3. In an electric mixer, beat melted butter with brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in pumpkin puree and vanilla extract.
